How it works
One seat. Five steps. One clock.
- 01
Take the seat
Pay the live price in USDG and the seat is yours. You mint 100 SEAT for every $1 you pay.
$1 100 SEAT - 02
Your payment splits
In the same transaction, 80% goes to the holder you took it from and 17.5% to the stock vault.
- Previous holder
- 80%
- Stock vault
- 17.5%
- 03
The vault buys stocks
The vault slice buys NVDA, AAPL, MSFT, AMZN, TSLA at equal weight. Every SEAT is a claim on those shares.
- 04
The price resets to 2×
The seat now costs 2× what you paid. Your break-even is paid ÷ 0.8 (1.25× paid), so you start 60% in profit.
$10 paid$20.00 resetBE $12.50 - 05
It decays until someone takes it
Untouched, the price slides log-linearly to the $1.00 floor over 60 minutes. Get taken before it drops below your break-even and you profit.

When does your seat stop paying?
Type the price you pay. The seat resets to 2× that and starts decaying; you profit if someone takes it before it falls below paid ÷ 0.8.

The ladder
If every trader takes it the moment it resets
Starting from the $1.00 floor, each take pays 2× the last and pays the previous holder 1.60× what they paid.
| Take | Pays | Previous holder gets | Vault + | SEAT minted |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #1 | $1.00 | First take | $0.18 | 100 |
| #2 | $2.00 | $1.60 on $1.00 | $0.35 | 200 |
| #3 | $4.00 | $3.20 on $2.00 | $0.70 | 400 |
| #4 | $8.00 | $6.40 on $4.00 | $1.40 | 800 |
| #5 | $16.00 | $12.80 on $8.00 | $2.80 | 1,600 |
| #6 | $32.00 | $25.60 on $16.00 | $5.60 | 3,200 |
| #7 | $64.00 | $51.20 on $32.00 | $11.20 | 6,400 |
| #8 | $128.00 | $102.40 on $64.00 | $22.40 | 12,800 |
Illustration only. In practice traders wait for the decay, so the real tape climbs slower. 80% of each payment goes to the previous holder and 17.5% to the vault.
FAQ
Questions, answered
- The price keeps decaying, log-linearly, until it reaches the $1.00 floor 60 minutes after the last take. You keep the seat the whole time. Whenever someone does take it, you get 80% of whatever they pay, even at the floor ($0.80).
- Yes. Your break-even price is what you paid ÷ 0.8, or 1.25× paid. The seat resets to 2× your price, so you start in profit, but if it decays below break-even before anyone takes it, your payout is less than you paid. The worst case is a takeover at the floor. The SEAT you minted stays yours either way.
- Until the price decays from 2× to 1.25× what you paid. Because the decay is log-linear down to $1.00, bigger seats fall through that band faster: at $10.00 paid the window is about 9m 25s, at $1,000.00 about 3m 43s. The calculator above works it out for any price.
- With the price resetting to 2×, 80% means a holder taken over immediately earns 1.60× what they paid. That keeps the seat worth taking, while 17.5% of every payment builds the stock vault.
- Tokenized shares of NVIDIA (NVDA), Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT), Amazon (AMZN), Tesla (TSLA), bought at equal weight (20% each) with the vault slice of every take. Shares only leave when someone redeems SEAT.
- SEAT is your claim on the vault. Every take mints 100 SEAT per $1 paid to the new holder. Burn SEAT any time to take your share of the five stocks.
- Open the vault page, enter how much SEAT to burn and review. You receive your pro-rata share of each of the five holdings (your SEAT ÷ SEAT in circulation), minus a 1% fee that stays in the vault for everyone else.
- There is no separate trading fee: 80% of every payment goes to the previous holder and 17.5% to the vault. Redeeming costs 1%, left in the vault. Network gas on Robinhood Chain is paid in ETH.
- No. The 80% payout is sent to your wallet in the same transaction as the takeover. There is nothing to claim and nothing to stay online for.
- No. While you hold the seat, the take button is disabled for your wallet. Someone else has to take it from you, and that is when you get paid.
- This site is a preview. The holders on the tape are sample wallets. After you take the seat, a simulated trader takes it from you a little later so you can see the payout land. Payouts and redemptions settle in your browser against your real USDG balance; no transaction is sent.
- Seat runs on Robinhood Chain. The seat is priced and paid in USDG, and the vault holds tokenized stocks native to the chain.
- The seat opens at $100.00 and holds there until someone takes it: there is no holder to decay against yet. The first take resets the price to $200.00 and starts the clock. The house keeps the 80% on that first take, since nobody held the seat before.
